Types of Vegetables
Vegetables promote health and fitness due to their nutrient content and essential nature. Cultivating them in a garden provides physical activity, considered the best defense against illness.
Vegetables can also be grown on a balcony or indoors, such as microgreens. These are sprouts or young plants grown in pots or containers just a few days or weeks old.
With this project I would like to introduce popular and rare vegetables, some herbs and legumes. You will also find tips on how to use them in the kitchen.
